
Roni Burgener, Co-Host / Editor
Roni Burgener has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering from CU Boulder. Immediately after school, Roni began working at a start-up as a tutor and mentor for students with a variety of learning disabilities. She then worked as a Financial Analyst at a telecommunications company. Now she is working as a Platform Infrastructure Analyst with a focus in capacity engineering and management. After experiencing discrimination and bias in her tech career, Roni was inspired to start a podcast with the woman who had her back through it all – Wendy Bohling. For fun Roni loves to coach soccer, tutor math, host Bachelor and Bachelorette viewing parties, and spend time with her friends and family.

Alexis uses her Master’s in mass communication to advise Fortune 500 companies on their social and content strategy. She’s an avid patron of the Orlando food scene and loves traveling and experiencing something new every week!

She has more than 30 years as an executive in the corporate trenches at some of the top telecom Fortune 500 companies and healthcare IT startups. The vast diversity in her professional life has set her up to move to this even bigger work in the world of creating gender equality through an understanding of unconscious bias

Clark Hutt, Editor/Sound Engineer
Clark is a man of many talents around the Big Girl Money studio. He uses his Bachelor’s degree in music and his experience touring nationally with musicians as a sound engineer to take Big Girl Money’s production quality to the next level! In addition to working his audio magic, Clark has worked in real estate for the last 9 years. He is also the self named CTO of his wife’s company – Brilliant Bridal. He lives in Arvada, CO with his wife, Malea and their three kiddos.
